Great photos! I discovered the Trace about 15 years ago while on a business trip and managed a year later to drive the southern 100 miles, but I have always wanted to drive the entire thing and take much more time. So many interesting historical things to see.

Did you see the portions of the old Trace that were 15 feet deep from the erosion of feet and then later horses and wagons?

Maybe next spring for me???
