Alice I am on site 10 only on Sunday night then site 12 the rest of the time... if they let me I will set up on site 12 today... who knows how compliant they are... will tell soon...

A nice wiener roast around the campfire with Nan's site being the gathering place. Full moon and we didn't get crazy, no need for bail tonight. More are expected to arrive tomorrow. Those here are: Alice, Soos, Nan & Sarah, Kathleen, CArolinagal, Gloria, Wendy, Me and a guy from ORS. Oh and the furbabies too.

The bear population has been increasing up in that area. We have friends who live not far from the SP and they routinely see bears in their yard. Keep a close watch on the pets. A bear attacked a dog about a month ago.

Hope everyone is having fun and the warm weather holds. We'll be checking in on Friday.

Keep adding updates so we'll all know what is going on!!!

Beckie, maybe you are remembering the first GTG in TN that you attended and Carolyn met "Rhino Man"? Or you may be referring to her Florida Husband #1 (Roger - mine) or her Tennessee Husband #2 (another Roger).

Sounds like the GTG had a good night around the campfire with a good group. Hope to get there one or two days this week. Looking forward to photos.

Nary a picture was taken last night, can you believe that? We will do better. Soos and I are taking the polar plunge in the springs today.

BECKY, you are just dreamin'. No that man is not attached to me. Not to say he couldn't be (wink*wink) but he's NOT!

I believe the bears would have enough to munch on with all the squirrels running around here.

Oh how nice it is to meet so many of our members... love each one of them and their diverse personalities...
Campfires are great have had two so far... Soos with Nan's help made wonderful 'stew' and Alice made corn bread... I also contributed with precision cut strawberries... Carolyn ate the ones that were odd...
Tomorrow is another day and fun things will happen...
