or I could have said oh crap, but I stepped away from my computer momentarily, just long enough
for Gracie to jump up on my desk and walk across my keyboard. When I got back to my computer
it was off. I turned it back on and when the display came on it was UPSIDE DOWN!! and the mouse
was working upside down too! I was flipping out, called my son (the computer geek) and he told
me how to fix it, of course that was after he rolled around laughing. Control, alt, and the arrow
key did the trick. I never knew. Think I'll keep that in mind for april fools day.

 Makes you wonder where one would ever need to have their screen upside down in the first place!

 I really had to concentrate to use the mouse upside down, cause first I had to log on.
I almost thought I would have to turn the computer upside down to manage it, but a little
steady concentration was all it took.

Laughing here. That really was a spew alert, but luckily I didn't have anything in my mouth. Got to wonder what Gracie is thinking about it all, don't you?

I have had my cats do some strange things with my computer. It usually rights itself if I turn it off and back on. They have learned to carefully step over and around the key board. I guess they think that silly woman sure has a fit if we step on that long thing.

That's how Jack acquired a cat...he (the cat, not Jack) kept trying to walk on the keyboard when Jack was trying to type...next thing I knew, said cat was draped around his neck to keep him off the desk. Cat was happy, Jack... not so much. Glad the Chewmonster is to small to get up here. Sam has learned to not walk on the computer by way of a fly swatter. Evidently Gracie felt that she needed more attention from mom!

haven't had that happen but then I don't think the fish or frog weigh enough to do
anything to the screen...

This is a good tip to learn how to correct the upsidedownness! Good grief---who would have guessed that could happen??!!

Okay, why would you ever want your screen upside down? Oh yeah, when you're standing on your head in a yoga position and decide to also be on your computer.

Kind of makes you want to try it to see if it works in reverse. NOT! Will have to store this in my memory for "just in case." Glad you got it fixed. I wonder if it is set up for those tablets you can close with the touch screen still facing out.

Being the "rebel" I am, I decided to try it (ctrl/alt/arrow), just to see if it would make my screen go upsidedown (cause I had the answer how to fix it, right?).
Nada. Nothing happened. Guess we'll never know the sequence your pup used to get the screen to do that. ;)
I have received emails that are jokes and when you click on something your screen goes upsidedown, but clicking esc usually rectifies that.

Lenora, from what I read it only works with computers with Intel chips (or something like that). Some other things I found...http://m.wikihow.com/Turn-Your-Computer ... pside-Down

I just love all the things we can find out on here! Was going to try it but thought better not, I'd probablyend up stuck with an upside down computer for the rest of my life! Everyone had a good day I hope, it is beautiful here. Im going back outside! Wendy
