Warm Sunday

I can't believe I'm the one to start the morning post. My DH woke me up early because he was going to a field on the tractor and might have to call me to pick him up. I decided to cook a roast since they are going to be busy shipping some cattle. It's 10:00 and we could eat dinner. Think I got started too early. Might look for a roll recipe and try to get them done.

It's 80 and sunny outside and 78 in the house. Will probably have to turn the air conditioner on. Spent most of the day yesterday in Lafayette messing around. I wanted a folding chair to put in the motorhome and all I could find were the ones that fit in a bag and the ones with a tray. The tray takes up too much room and I can't stand the other kind. When I wanted one with a tray to take to the lake I couldn't find one anywhere. That's the way it usually works.

I guess everybody is off someplace today. It's beautiful here today too. I finally started the furnace on Friday night because it was chilly in here but of course it didn't get as cold that night and and has been warm ever since. I will probably have to turn the A/C back on again but that is okay. I need to get busy around here and clean house because I will be leaving early for the Brenham GTG. Nancy and I are going up a few days early so we will see you all when you arrive. I have company coming for Thanksgiving week about the time I get back which is why I need to get going now. It is so much easier to clean an RV, maybe not so much when you full-time, but it is so much smaller. See you soon Martha.
