Just Checking on Carolyn, the new Land Baron

So how many boxes are left to unpack now? Just thought we should check in on your progress and make sure that Sedona hasn't been shut up in some cast off Tupperware bin by accident. Hope you enjoyed the Halloween festivities this past weekend at your new Estate and are not stressing too much about being ready to roll south. The weather was beautiful for it all. Halloween partiers and busy people trying to move into two places at once! But then you are exceptionally talented. 8-) :D

Good question, Tina. I checked her blog - updated with photos of both new dwellings but I did not see Sedona anywhere.

Sharon, if only I stopped long enough to have one or two of those teas but I'm sure I wouldn't get anything done. I'm just trying to get a simblance of order in the Lodge before I head out in the Whim. It has rained today and Jerry & Leah, nephew & gf, came to see me today and I put them to work. I'm preparing everything to be winterized in the Lodge and that's just a hassle, especially w/one person doing it. I may con my wonderful neighbor into helping at least watch for the pink stuff.

I'm thinking I'll leave sometime next week but I'll go by Athens, TN to get my back up camera installed. Thought it wouldn't make much difference if I had one but alas, it does. Got a great deal at rvcams.com and they are just so nice & helpful. My electrician great nephew has agreed to install it and that's good b/c the dealer service wanted $500-$800 to do it. WHAT? I don't think so.

Sedona is doing well. She went MIA or at least I thought so but she was safe afterall. This was a crazy, crazy whim I had and sure hope I don't regret it. I'll have to plan a gtg over here in May or so and we can party at my place.

Thanks for your interest.

Glad to know some "part time" help (Jerry and gf) visited and that there is other help available to bribe. :) Some jobs just take more than two hands and one set of eyes! Have a safe journey south!
