The stress you have been going through can raise havoc with your entire sysem, too, Mitch, so please be sure to take care of yourself. We all are plugging for the two of you, and thinking of you, and sending srength your way.

Great news on George..Mitch, please take care of yourself. G will not accept a substitute caregiver. Water is good for insomnia...at least for me. Our bodies talk to us. If tossing and turning and feeling a general unease, down some water, you'll be in la la land soon

Just read all the entries since I last posted. Whew! Pretty scary Glad to finally read that George is doing better. He has been in my prayers Thanks, Colleen, for the interesting information about when to drink water. Hope you are staying strong, Mitch!

Just letting you know that even though I haven't been posting on here lately, i have been reading and keeping up on G's situation. Scary there for awhile, but glad to hear that now the docs say he will recover. Hope he keeps drinking that water. I know it can get boring drinking water and more water, but one can flavor it with lemon or even buy flavored waer for a change.

You take care of yourself too and don't get run down. Our bodies can handle a lot, but eventually it catches up with us. Hang in there.
