Yesterday, I bought a homeless guy new bicycle inner tubes and other things his bike needed for repairs. When I got home, the infusion center called me and told me they had been in contact with my pharmacy. My drugs are shipped under refrigeration, special handling, so on and so on. They most likely will not be at the center in time for my infusion.
BUT.. and here is where the good karma kicks in...
The infusion center has agreed to front me the drug while waiting for my shipment to arrive so I can get on the road in the rv.. that will be taking up about ten spaces in their parking lot. This is not normal procedure and I am real grateful for them doing it.
See everyone soon!
