Here's what we've been doing the past few days...poking along on the Natchez Trace.

Ah, Liz, you just keep on having such a great time! Thanks so much for sharing. If water really starts to fall out of the sky, blow it west real HARD!

Great photos. They only confirm that this is one drive I want to take someday.

Hope the weather is cool to make your hiking trips more enjoyable. Roe appears to being enjoying each step. Great pictures of the hummingbirds. Keep those shutters snapping.

Liz, I didn't know what the Natchez Trace is, and did a little research. What a fascinating place. Things I don't know about our own history. Thanks for taking us along, once again.

I love to read "those" paper back books  and remember some where a long the road of reading one took place in that area and had heard of it in history so had a lingering thought of wanting to go there some time ...you just made me want to go even more ...if I ever get to travel to half the places you've taken us to with your camera I will be tickled...so enjoyed this trip and the hummers miss them as we can't encourage them at the campground their food is a bear attractant :o
Thanks again and enjoy your stay over in Mississippi
