Great pictures Dee, and different from the rest of ours. Thanks. (I can't believe you didn't adopt that kitty.)

It was fun seeing your photos and posts about the GTG! Sure looks like an awesome CG and area...and seriously...that was the dog park IN the CG  Rags would love to romp there with the other fur friends!!! There are quite a few Amish farms here and I pass through them to go to Walmart. They have the horse and buggy parking there, too...and yes, they even shop at Walmart...lol. They are courteous and friendly and always wave when we pass on the road. I see them using those scooter bikes, too. There is an Amish market between here and Walmart that Ken and I have stopped at a couple of times. Lots of bulk products, meats and cheeses, etc. Stopped in a couple of days ago and some ladies were baking pies in the back and some were cooling in the window to the kitchen...Man, did that smell yummy! Bought some cottage ham for split pea soup and some for friends in AZ, who put in a request for some. Also bought some local honey and strawberry toppers, as you just can't seem to find them anymore. I havfe an old rusty one my DM parted with and I used it here when we picked strawberries at the U-pick farm. I may come back here next summer. If I do, I may ask at the market if I can visit a farm.

Thanks to you gals who posted GTG photos!! Such a fun time and beautiful park.

I drove the 900 plus miles on Friday to arrive at LeRoy's in Wisconsin late that night. That wasn't the plan but I was going to be twiddling my thumbs if I pulled over in a truck stop. That very large cup of Starbucks wasn't going to let me sleep!

Thanks again, Beth for a great GTG.

Love the pictures. So glad that the weather and water allowed everyone to make their way in. Sounds like a great week of fun, food and friendship. :) :)
