WOW.... Glad you are on the mend, but would second the motion to get those tests done sometime in the near future, but hope you are well enough for the cruise cause you just NEED IT!!!

So glad you are feeling better, but - and this is a big but ... get the tests done. If it's gall bladder, you usually can prevent attacks by diet (I say usually cause nothing worked to prevent them with me except pretzels - when my surgery was finally schedule 6 weeks out - I almost lived on them - and they would probably have been causing attacks in someone else). A gall bladder test is easily done. Rule out that and an ulcer - or find out if it is - and you can hopefully then go on the cruise with either a diet or medication plan to allow you to enjoy it.

OK - shutting up before you shut me up. Love ya, gf and so glad to hear our sisters took such good care of you. Kudos to Carolyn! And to all our sisters - cuz we sure are a good bunch.

I bow to the majority....hopefully this will stay at bay until I get home. My insurance will only cover me there unless I'm hospitalized in an emergency situation. As much traveling as I do I really need to look into changing it, but it will cost me bunches of money. Right now it's reasonable. Or wait until I'm 65, then it's good anywhere when I go on medicare. I think.

Back on the road tomorrow...gonna try and make it to Mena, Ar. If not, hopefully there's an rv park not in the book before that. There's lots of state and COE, but all back in and I don't have the energy to un-hook and re-hook the car.

I agree with getting the tests done. The other scary thing that can cause nausea and abdominal pain, although more upper than lower, is pancreatitis. I had that 5 years ago (12 days in the hospital) and every time I get that bloated painful feeling I panic, which is what happened to me last week. I had blood tests taken yesterday, and got the call last night that all is well.

So if it continues or comes back, get blood work done for your own peace of mind, and our peace of mind also.

Hopefully, it will be gone for good for you.

Yeah, Judy, I read about that when looking at gall bladder stuff. Scared me enough that I'm planning on having blood tests done when I get to the boy chicks house tomorrow just for peace of mind.

Good grief, Sharon! Tests done for sure! The most painful thing and sickening thing I have ever experienced was a gall bladder attack one Thanksgiving---- much worse than giving birth, for me! I had my gall bladder removed and have never worried about that again! Keep us informed about what they find, or what you can do to stay healthy. Did you say RABBITS today? I hope you did, and that it will bring you luck!

So glad to hear you're going to at least get blood tests done. You might think you could wait -but g/f, I don't want to think of you on sea or in a foreign country and having another bout. Course, could happen to any of us anyway, but you have the chance to see if it's something you can take care of ahead of time. (Can you tell I'm worried about you?)

Thanks guys, I love all of ya! Definitely getting the blood work done, already talked to son about it and where to go...he said not to worry he had already made me an appt with his doc and I was going if he had to drag me there behind his truck. Dang kid!

Vickie...silly arse???? Gee thanks!

Made it to Mena, Ar as planned, really beautiful park, full H/U for 18 a nite...strong 50A power...always a plus in this heat. I'll be at boy chicks tomorrow, only 100 miles. Could have made it today, but I was tired and needed to dump so I can go in with empty tanks. Glad I stopped. Can't get the sat in, but I have books. No wifi here, but the pdanet that Pete turned me on to and Beth found for me is working great! First time I've gotten to use it. So far well worth the 16 dollars for it. Surprised at how fast it is.

Thanks for caring guys....

Thanks for checking in, Sharon. I join the others in saying glad you are planning to get the blood test. At least you will know what you may be dealing with and if there are some simple things to make it better quick.
