Sickie checking in here. Stayed home from work today due to a terrible sinus headache which in turn made me very nauseous, which in turn, well we won't go into those details
So I used my NeilMed sinus rinse this morning and it has helped take down most of the sinue pressure. I just finished some toast and milk and now a bowl of blackberries, so my tummy has settled down. So inbetween cat naps, I thought I wold spend some time on the computer postng pictures of my latest camping trip and catching up to everybody else's lives, adventures etc.And here it is, almost 10 a.m. and nobody's posted yet
Guess all the regulars are whooping it up at Soos' Ruckus. Sounds like they are having a great time so far. Wish I could have joined them, but....I just returned yesterday from camping a couple of days at Interlochen State Park over near Traverse City. My friend Brenda and her mom, sister and mom's friend are staying over there for a week so I thought I would go join them for a visit. Wish I could have stayed longer, but perhaps it was better I hadn't as I felt this sinus thing coming on yesterday morning and I would have been spending the day sick in my camper. No thanks. No way to enjoy a beautiful park. I will be posting pictures later today.
Now it's time to take a break from camping and do some things around the home front here. House needs cleaning, grass needs cuting etc.... And of course there is work. Things at the park are starting to slow donw. We are losing all but one of our college students as of tomorrow, however, some will come back and work Labor Day weekend. So the staff will be down to 6 people not counting the boss and our other ranger. It's hard to believe that it's almost Labor Day. Seems like I just started work for the season and now it's almost over.
Well, time to get those pictures into this computer and then over to Photobucket and start getting them ready for you. Have a wonderful day all and safe travels for those of you on the road.
