Lenora, I will also be driving over to the coast on Highway 42. Did that route a couple years ago and I remember it as a fine road, no problems.

Getting the MH packed up and ready to roll to Bandon. Laura (CougarFan) came down yesterday and we loaded our clothes, etc. This morning will be food and beverages, adult beverages, and the last minute stuff. We will be heading to Coos Bay and spend the night there, then roll into Bullards Beach tomorrow afternoon. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

I swear this is the 15th of August. That would be day One of the GTG. I don't see a pic and no post. So who has the bail money???? Do we need more contributions? What's happening?

Evening everyone. Arrived here in Bandon the same time as Diana, she was a couple cars ahead of us checking in....she recognized us and waved so we thought it was her. We went to our sites and got set up as we are quite a ways from her. Diana came over to the MH and we chatted for a bit and plan on us going their way tomorrow morning to further get acquainted. We will then be in the "planning" stages for our stay. The weather is sunny and not much wind so we are happy.

The pics will come, be patient. We havent even really gotten together yet as we both arrived around 5:30 and took a while to set up. Heck it took me a bit to get this big a** MH parked but Laura was a great spotter. My backup camera has "voice" on it so I could here her instructions very clearly....she did a great job. We did have to re-set up once as when the living room slide was out we couldnt open the storage so we had to raise the jacks, put the other slides in and move up a bit BUT then we were settled. It is soooo much easier with two people LOL

So tomorrow we will be getting together,
