Herschel here....there has been some major yacking and eating and swimming and eating going on around here. Personally I find sitting in the AC kitchen quit refreshing in this heat. My ear and the side of my face is beginning to clear up with meds. I still get to sit out on the deck of the pool, but I am not jumping in as much....



Some of Mitch's friends came to visit yesterday. Here is a picture of Savannah talking to Maggie.



Here I am talking with Mitch about how nice everything is and how sweet Miss Abby has been with all these other girls around.....



There is something called "Lemon Drops" in those glasses and the Hoomans really seemed to approve of them. Carolyn brought them and I tried to taste one but they stopped me. Apparently it isn't all about the icy slush that makes them so good on a hot day......

And here is something on the side of an RV awning that apparently you don't want to have break.....But Carolyn now has one fine RV Repair place to recommend. She got to drive and pick up the parts and repair it herself and save a bunch of $$$$. I did hear something about the mighty power of women......but I thought you would all agree.



Here is the mighty Carolyn last night on the Wii.



And it was a good thing that the BMR is out in the country because there was a lot of noise and hoots and laughter last night. Here Carolyn and Mitch are sword fighting....



Most of us stuck with CArol about this time. We were tired and she had slowed down after defeating everyone on the downhill ski course earlier. She was really really good.



Here is Ms Maggie. She has declined to go swimming but she has been busy exploring the deer trails down near the corn. (Miss Maggie and I are getting to an age that just sniffing deer scents is about all the excitement we need.....)



I think that it is getting close to another pool time for the hoomans.....sigh. Again can I say that I rather enjoy the AC here next to the computer.

Herschel here. Ms Maggie asked me to be sure to let hoomans know that her special Carol lady really does have her swimming suit under that cover up when she was sitting on the couch the other night. Maggie being the proper lady that she is, didn't want all her hoomans beautiful leg showing in the pictures to be misunderstood as.... "Neked EEK"

It is so. It is so..... sigh...... We are sharing those last breakfast beverages and trying to ignore the issue of pulling out but it will be so. Wonderful time but time to move on. Thanks you, thank you, Mitch and George (and Abby.....she really tolerated all the additional beasties pretty well.) There will be more adventures down the road.
