Wow! What a group. And I was so close to heading west but went southeast instead. My brother promised to help me fix some things in Seeker if I came for a visit. Of course that means sitting around watching WWII movies a lot too, but the beer is good and cold! You ladies have fun!

Wow, what a great surprise! So glad you made it happen. I love to see all those happy faces. So glad I'm having fun where I am, or I'd be envious! We'll want a full honest report from someone (Probably Herschel is the only one) when it's all over.

I just lost a wonderful post I wrote and I am too mad to write it all again----but the gyst of it all was that I think a surprise GTG must be the best of all kinds----glad you all kept the secret----and advice to Sarah about getting a pickle bucket from Mickey D's and then getting one of those clamp-on toilet seats with a cover for it. I have used those for years on the road and at the leanto. No smell if you put some concentrated cleaner like Mr. Clean Citrus or some such stuff in the bottom each time you empty it!

I was wondering who mows all that beautiful grass that Mitch has, and it appears that her campsite is even bigger than mine! Have a wonderful time, y'all!! wish I were there!

If I lose this post, I am leaving!

Exercise! We have been swimming laps (well sort of) and trying to improve aging balance systems through Wii.  The hard part of coordinating multiple calendars is coordinating multiple calendars so the hostess had to be consulted on availability...... :) Face it, you don't want to come to the BMR without letting Mitch know ahead of time. You have to give her time to go to the grocery :o and make sure the "snacks" are in. So far she still maintains her Five Star rating....for sure! :D :D There will eventually be pictures. Herschel has been a little under the weather. He needed his neck fur trimmed down and some predisone and antibiotics (from his emergency travel meds) to tame the hot spot that this lake /pool swimming had set in motion in the extreme heat and humidity. It is looking better already so he may be willing to post.

BTW, Tina, that last pix of you lounging in the pool with your "movie star hat" is gorgeous!!

What has Miss Abby promised to do to have the Short Bus so close to the main house????? Her slobbering love confession for Herschel most likely prompted exceptional behavior from her towards her other guests no doubt. Is this the REAL reason Carolyn and Sedona are in the back 40? :o :D Just askin. Linda
