I wonder if cats can have doggie ice cream. My Possie cat loves sweets and ice cream. I worry about giving her stuff with sugar. I don't want a cat with cavities.

Looks like another fun GTG. She sure knows how to decorate.

Another great gtg and Peaches sure looks happy both with toy and doggie ice cream.
I used to buy Frosty Paws for my lab but Nicky does not yet know it exists - may not tell him about it.

Peaches and I were both ignorant about it until this week. It will definitely be a treat that doesn't occur often, but one she'll enjoy tremendously when it does.

As you know from Beth's postings, we (me and the "girls") had a blast with Beth and Peaches. LIW is a beautiful place --it's only an hour from me so I'll be back!

Thank you Beth for your hospitality, friendship, and for running through torrential rains with me so we could get back to LIW to check on the windows I left open...

The cat "ice cream-like" product is called Cool Claws. It's usually next to Frosty Paws in the ice cream freezer section of supermarket. Developed by the same company that originated Frosty Paws. My cats weren't overly enthused by it, as my dogs were to Frosty Paws. I may need to give it another try.

OMG, you got me soaking wet in the car! I had no idea - as remember, by glasses were so wet I couldn't see a thing at that point. Luckily Dee found a couple kleenex in her purse - as my clothes were just as wet and not of materials worthy of wiping glasses. We drove back to LIW - worried about Dee's windows open - to discover that it barely rained here. What a difference a few miles make.

It was great having Dee here - lots of food, of course, but best - making another new friend.

I've really enjoyed this thread this morning, Looks like you two had a great GTG. I loved the pictures, Dee, you caught our Beth, like some of us have never seen her. 3 desserts? The wet shots, were great, she looks so happy and having great fun there. Someone said you two looked like you could be related, I have to agree.
Looking forward to meeting you one day, Dee, such a fun person has to be great company.

A note on her "favorite totems". Those are actually trees that died. Instead of completely cutting them down, when big enough, they hire a chain saw artist to come in and do his magic. There is lots of special magic done by him. I don't want to think of the cost!

Just enjoying all the pix again. Beth , your comment about the totems was very interesting, that is a great idea and to me makes them more special too.

Dee, your kitties are beautiful, I was so enjoying the pix you took of the park, that my mind just blended them right in until tonight I REALLY saw the one with them on your bed.
You really took some nice pictures of that park, it is really pretty, no wonder, Beth loves it there. The food looked out of this world, so glad I wasn' t there, it looked too good. And if Beth would get 3 desserts, oh don't want to think of what i might have eaten.

Enjoyed all your pix all over again tonight, so good, colorful and very interesting.

Thanks for all the nice comments about my visit with Beth and Peaches.

Running in the rain should be on everyone's "to do" list. Running in a monsoon, like we did....maybe not .....it did make for a great, fun memory tho...

Now who said that Beth got 3 desserts....not me !!!!!
