I just read this and found it interesting. Don't throw out your clocks if they start losing time.

That's an interesting read. I would think, for most people, there are enough outages, even if just for seconds, that require resetting clocks, that they won't even notice. And I'm sure there will be those that complain and complain.

Interesting article. If things keep going the way they have been around here with al the power outages, I'd probably never notice since I seem to be resetting the clocks frequently. :lol:

I have one of those self setting electric clocks that automatically resets after a power outage or when I plug in at a campground. For some reason it has become about 15 mins fast and there is no adjustment on the clock to fix it. Oh well, I'm retired so it doesn't really matter. As for the grid adjustment moving Texas clocks ahead a little - probably not a bad thing. I'm still getting used to the slower moving here compared to California. Most of the time its okay except when waiting for a service person - they're NEVER on time here.
