It has been a grand birthday. Liz cooked baby back ribs, veggies and for dessert my absolute favorite lemon merienge pie. All soooo good. Of course I asked Liz if she wanted an antibiotic to stick in the center.

Apparently these PA bugs are dangerous if they bite you. Had a bite on my left shoulder and the red is now quite big. At least the high fevers are gone and I am up on two feet. I can function and not do stupid stuff. Of course at this age think I am allowed to do a certain amount of stupid stuff. (you know 39 and holding and I am not letting go of what I am holding onto.).

Thanks each of you for the thoughts, this is a great trip.
