Ok ya'll, scooch over some so I can get my camp chair in next to the fire too. I got an extra blankie for my backside but my frontside needs toasting.

No beer for me tonight. But I have my Bubba Keg full of black coffee and to cool it off just a little I topped it off with some of my Irish Cream Liquor. Ahhhhhhhh! Now that hits the spot. Warm backside, toasty frontside and heated up inside. hehehehehehe

Got sent home today at about 3pm. ?? Guess they are still playing with the hours. And the word is that we will only have to work a half day tomorrow. ~sigh~ The only good thing that might come out of this job in the long run is that what hair the kids didn't turn white the job will. Boy is L'oreal is gonna lose some money there! HA! I've been waiting for years for my hair to turn white. Unless I can talk Jenny into swapping hair. :D Today at work stunk. The only thing that saved our butts today was the few people working what are called sheets. These sheets have customers listed on them that are in arrears for 120 days to 150 days or the ones who have made payments that were returned for some reason. So they get 'skip-traced' and called on cell phones. Because to many people are familiar with our blocked number. Any way they got some payments that really jacked our balance impact up for the day. So the bosses felt safe sending us home.

Well it's getting that time for this old broad to be thinking of going to bed. Shade too. She likes bedtime cause Mom always plays with her for 15 minutes or more. Her fave toys are in the bedroom. Can't put them out here as Honey would eat them. Dummy dog.

Night, night

Sweet? Innocent? And Lori in the same sentence? Ha! I never claimed to be either :)

Just made the pineapple - mandarin orange angel food cake for dessert at my g/f's - it was a hit with all. Now, if I want to make it for the gtg, will need to replenish supplies. Have never made it in the rv oven - always a first time, eh?

Oh yeah!!! Just threw a couple pieces of wood on the campfire. Got my bubba keg filled with coffee and Irish Cream. Just let me get comfy in my camp chair and I'll be good. Ahhhhhhhhh

Whew work was crappy today. It was so boring I was falling asleep at about 9am while sitting up in my chair, left hand on the keyboard, right hand on the mouse and earphones on. And it got worse as the day went on. By time 2pm rolled around the dalled were few and far between. I think everyone but us was out doing fun stuff. They did end up letting us go at 4:30. Gads, I could hardly get out of there fast enough. Then to WalMart to spend money. Jeeze dog food, laundry stuff sure take a bite out of a paycheck. Got to pay rent this weekend and the electric bill and we will probably be broke. ~sigh~ Oh well at least we have jobs and a roof over our heads. :D

Have tomorrow off so it will be house cleaning day around here. If I get the time I would like to go thru some of the boxes in my bedroom. Go thru the stuff and weed out more and get rid of it. Never know when I might want to be traveling light. LOL

Got to set up my coffeepot for in the morning and then I think I just might be heading off to bed. This early to bed, early to rise stuff is a killer to any kind of a night life I might be thinking of dreaming about.

Hope everyone has a great night.

Guess it is too early for a beer, I woke up at my usual time and I've had my coffee & breakfast hummm the clock says 5:10. Wonder who will get used to the change first, me or the dogs! I've brought an apple/pear crisp to share if anyone does sweets in the AM. I flavored it not with boring vanilla but 100 proof Myers Rum. Smelled so good while baking I think the neighbors are drooling.
