It started to rain just about the time that the gang left here this morning, about 9am...Hence, the rain has had an effect on my signal, so have had to wait til now to post...
Yesterday afternoon, after Ernie got back from mowing, the sistahs & I jumped into the truck for a short ride to the Elephant Museum and Candy Shop for a look see....Everyone, except Nan, walked out with a bag of candy....lol....The gals will tell ya' that it was like a walk down memory lane with sweets from our youth....I didn't take photos, but Nan, Liz, and Irmi did.....which I'm sure they will post when they get a chance....
For our last yummy meal together, we all met at Irmi & Steve's rig for hot dogs, salads, fruit, and dessert....(worked on getting rid of leftovers....lol) and enjoyed more conversations and laughter....
Oh and earlier in the afternoon, Spinner took all his new 4 legged friends to his favorite swimming hole for a running, splashing good time....I did take pictures there and will upload them to FB again for Lenora, if she is still willing, to transfer over here...
This morning we had our "see ya' later" moments and lots of hugs....the gals gave me the nicest "hand-written" note before leaving......since they didn't have internet for a card, it showed that they still possess the ability to draw pictures and use their skills at cursive writing....lol...lol.....Thank you, again.....
Okay, lets see if I can get this posted and maybe work on the photos to FB.....Can't wait to see everyone's photos....especially the group photo, since mine didn't turn out....Nan and Liz both got a good one......and also to read the stories I just know that Irmi, Shirl, Nan, and Liz will tell....

Along with the Sultan and Spinner. Spinner is probably exhausted from all the people and other dogs he's had to get loves from.
