Yeah Barb, I know....but there isn't anyone I dislike enough to want to wish this piece of #$#^*% camera on anyway....Hellooooo Salvation Army... :P
Anyhow, don't know how to use the private message part of this forum so I'll have to post my question here........Liz.....Can you tell me if I should buy the AC Adapter kit for this camera? The prices on line range from the high $50's to the low $20's on the battery sites......Don't want to bother you but have no one else to ask..........At the same time...is there anything special I should be thinking about buying for this fantastic ;) camera....just in case they stop making stuff (like they have on my Garmin with the map upgrades gone)....Your advice will be appreciated so much...... 8-) 8-) 8-)

Just saw this. Hope you are still loving your Canon! I can't advise you on the adapter...don't have one. I just feed mine Duracell batteries
Buy a sturdy little zippered case with a belt loop, so it's always handy but won't fall out when you bend over. Voice of experience.

Got it !! Thank you....Mine came with a case but it has the velcro catch which probably wouldn't hold if it was upside down...No problem...I've got a case from my Sony that I'll use. But I really think I'm going to look into the adapter and also getting re-chargeable batteries...Anyhow...love the camera...just gotta figure out how to use it. Think I'll have time in the evenings when I park while on my trip to Colorado.... :P I am so excited & the camera is just great.... 8-)
