Irmi is here!! PA GTG starting early...

The Early Pa GTG has started sooner than planned.....Irmi & her dear DH. Steve, arrived today.... They are spending the whole time with us here and already The Guys are buddies....Ernie and Steve are going food shopping tomorrow.... Spinner & Teddy are planing a "puppy swim" in Spinner's favorite swim hole for all the 4 legged gang coming....and we're so can't wait til the rest of you get here Sunday....(Sorry, didn't take any photos this afternoon, but will get the camera out in the morning.....) Irmi says to tell the gang that the little water falls is wonderful.....and the "babbling brook" creek is great... ....this is so going to be a great week....can't wait.....

More tomorrow...and yes, Beth, I am under the influence of the grape...whitle grenashe wine...... Can't help it when we have a great folks around....

LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!

I sure do wish I could have waited a bit longer to head home from FL, as I could be there, too. I even had a route all planned out. But my daughter had set aside only so much time to accompany me home, and I am sure glad she was able to do that.

I will be watching your fun times, and can't wait to see some pics as you take them! Thinking of you all------

I too wish I could have been there, but as they say, things happen for a reason. And in my case, the "reason' appeared as a miserable cold which would have kept me from even considering packing as well as driving. As is, I was going to head out tomrrow after work for a couple of nights but even that is off the radar screen right now.

So have a great time all of you and I am looking forward to seeing the pics and hearing all about the fun times.

Hi, all....well, today was a laid-back day......I nursed my "hangover" in the morning.....Ernie & Steve took off for Chambersburg to get some things at Walmart....Irmi came up to our site and we had our tea and coffee together.....Spinner & Teddy chilled with us....then the 4 of us went into town for lunch...after we return, we walked the dogs and then everyone took a nap....we got together at Irmi & Steve's rig for a light supper and strawberry shortcake....and of course, we did alot of talking and laughing.... Really nice folks.... As we chatted, we all agreed that I should post a little more info on arrival here......as you pull in here, you'll see the campground sign....the really important thing is that there's an old house right there and that is the OFFICE!!!!! Irmi said that that confused them when they arrived yesterday....It's always something small that turns out to be very important.... The house has a porch with an ICE freezer on it.....the guys should be there to get you all checked in and give you directions to your site....I'm going to try to be there on and off all afternoon.....Okay, now I'll stop worrying so much cause I just know you'll all be fine....safe travels and see ya' tomorrow....

Lori, If all goes well here, I hope to be on the road at 4 - meaning I'll be there about 6ish (ish because who knows if I'll get out exactly at 4. Hey, maybe I'll get out a tad earlier, too!) Can't wait to see everyone. Since I'm bunking in with Liz, I'll just look for her RT - unless I can't find it Then I'll come find you.

As soon as I get my arse in gear here I'll be on my way! Have to see if I can arrange for someone to stop by and let pups out for a bit this afternoon as it will be a long day for them if I don't.
