Goooood Morning Sistahs!!!

Yep it's Thursday and almost the end of the week for a lot of ya. Still haven't heard the verdict up at work on what is going on tomorrow. Whether we have to work all day or only half a day. Bums will probably wait until the very last minute to announce it. Arrrrgggghhh

Kelly has been sicker than all get out for the past 3 days and has lost the past 2 from work. She has bronchitis again. I started to get sick over a week ago and got going with Zicam, so it never really got a grip on me this time. But she got hit fast. Plus she got a flu shot last Thursday. ?? Now I don't know if or how much that flu shot had to do with it? But lot of people at work sure did warn us that, "Oh boy your gonna get sick now". sheesh! I left work early and took her to the doctors yesterday, oh dang that was not cheap!!! But at least she is now on antibiotics and an inhaler. So she should start feeling better in a couple of days.

Funny weather. It's 27 out on the back porch but doesn't seem as cold? We are suppose to be having a heat wave the next few days. Gonna be getting right up in the 60's. LOL And to think this past summer we were all complaining how hot it was. Just never satisfied are we?

Well I'm almost tanked on coffee, showered and need to get dressed for work. Blech!!!!

good morning, I'm up too as I have the day off and lots scheduled to do
today. I'm struggeling here with my old computer as my good one went
to my computer guy at work to get the rest of the work done on it. My
old one is so hard to use, pages take forever to open and posting replys
on a post is a trick in itself, not impossible but certainly not a simple task.
Some of my forums won't even let me, it just hangs.
Anyway, gotta get emissions test on my car today, go get tags, take the
girls to the vet for their toenail trim and court this afternoon.
My poor little Pixie girl snagged a dewclaw last weekend and gimped around
for a couple days, its still a little swollen but she's runnin around like normal.
She is the only dog I've ever had that had dewclaws, so she definately
came from an irresponsible breeder. Wish I had the money to have the
surgery done now to have them removed but its not a simple thing now.
Always best to have them done as newborns.
Court........thats my ticket I got when that little girl stepped in front of
my bus. Its a 2 pt ticket and a $150 fine, I pleaded not guilty so today
they bring the officer in and I find out the outcome. I'm more scared of
just going to court than actually the judge making the ticket stick and I
have to pay the fine. Thats a big ouch on my budget but the 2 points is
nothing.
Well, the fresh pot of coffee is brewed and I'm gonna get me a cup and
run a hot bath, that will feel good. My tub is little but it works for a good
soaking.

Morning all! Going to be a pretty lazy day for me - well maybe not - as I'm going to put everything away, etc to travel. And I need to move the scooter into a different position, maybe I'll take it for a ride, as I'm not bringing it with. Speaking of the scooter, the hot sun here really did a job on the cover I had - and I got what is considered one of the best. Anyway, I emailed the company and they are standing behind their covers - told me to mail it back and they'd send me a new one. Well, they were quick to respond to my emails - but I expected to have the cover back before now. I hate it sitting here in the elements - with the salt air and sand - but unless it comes today or in the morning, Scoot will be uncovered for another week plus.
