Colliemom's New Camper Cupboard Doors

Postby Colliemom » Fri May 27, 2011 7:13 pm

Finally finished installing the additional cupboard doors in my TT. Was a long drawn out project due to time constraints and also crappy weather. So for the inquiring minds, here they are.

This is the before shot of the cabinet over my sofa. You can see there were originally three doors with just blank covered spaces in between.

Image

Same cabinet with the additional doors installed. I now have easy access to the entire cabinet which is of course empty at the moment cause I am still putting stuff back into the TT for the season.

This is the cabinet over my bed at the front of my TT. Same scenerio here. Three doors with blank spaces inbetween

Same cabinet with the new doors installed, giving me easy access to the entire cabinet. The black wire thing in the one middle cabinet is the light wiring for the light under the cabinet.

Absolutely gorgeous! Sometimes I wonder who, in their infinite wisdom, designs those worthless panels, thinking that they're just dandy. You ought to send a couple of your pictures to the manufacturer of the trailer just to show they what they ought to have done in the first place.

Well done!

Good job! I'm guessing they'd put the extra doors in for you at the factory for a pretty price!

Sue, you should be working in a cabinet shop, not a campground. You did a superb job and how much more convenient for storing. I would love to see more of the inside of your trailer...more pics, please :) :D

great job matching the stain. I agree with Laura, sent the pics to the manufacturer telling them this is what is needed/wanted. Looks terrific. Linda
