Shivery Tuesday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Shivery Tuesday

Gooooood Tuesday Morning!!!

Brrrrr it's shivery out there this morning. My thermometer says it's 30 on the nose. And the little snow crystals spitting out there landing on my head convinces me too. Dragged a coat out of the closet last eve to wear while taking the dogs out. I think I will keep it out and wear it to work today. If I didn't know better I wouldn't guess I was in TN. I know that it will change up and we will still get some really nice days. Nice enough that I will probably ride the bike some more, but right now? Brrrrrr I love riding the bike but not when there might be snow flying in my face. LOL Seen a guy yesterday morning just before I turned into the drive at work on his. Hope he had on good heavy warm fleece boxers and long johns!!! At work while on break we sit on the tailgate of the Blazer, I grabbed a blankie from the back I keep in there and wrapped up in the thing. It was a touch chilly and pretty breezy so the blankie did the trick.

Our family of sistahs is growing. It's great to see the new ones joining up. Now as long as we don't scare them first off? They just might stay awhile. Of course there's always that chance that they are as nutty, funny and loving as the rest of ya!! Then we wont have to worry about frightening them off.

Ok, coffee is waiting and I'm about to pour another cup. ? It must be pretty good too as Jenny has been snitching some of it for a travel mug for on her way to work in the mornings! Does my heart good to see the girl drink some of my coffee. She just might be a keeper!

Hope ya'll have a great day in whatever it is your gonna be doing. Be safe!

Love to all

Durn it! Thought I'd spend a warm winter in FL and here it is in the 40's. the MH must have turned around in the middle of the night without consulting me  I could use that blanket, Echo. Moved from my MIL's backyard to our winter spot in Sarasota a week early. No matter how much we tried to be conservative, our tanks just filled up and getting to a dump, back to the backyard would have been mucho work, so we moved on down the road.

Just read that it's suppose to really snow in the Adirondacks, so Cedar-be prepared!!

Am loving our new spacious home - still looking for where I put things  Have a great day everyone and Barbz-always thinking of you. carold

Pretty cold here in SE Kansas this morning also; 28 degrees right now. However, it's supposed to warm up later on. Nice an cozy inside, though. That foam weather-stripping I put around the door yesterday really makes a difference.

Margie and I are going to head over to Joplin, Missouri today and explore another city in another state. So, I think I'll fix something hot for breakfast and get this day going.

Taking my first break of the day and as usual came here to check in. Got a mug of hot chocolate - is 57 now, has warmed up since the sun came up - not sure what it was when I left the rv at 5:50.

Have a great day all.

Ohhh,... no,...... s-n-o-w!

Yes, forecast is that it will be in higher elevations. And probably an inch or so here where i live east of the high peaks. drats! i'm not ready!

Brought the camper home last night, she is all winterized and her frige is working nicely on gas now. Hope it still will light next spring when she hits the road again.

To combat my lousy mood for having to put the tarp on the camper and put her to bed for the winter, I've made reservations for my two favorite campgrounds for next summer.

So,... I'll grab a mug of good hot coffee and get back to work,... I don't have any students here in the room this hour so i've taken the opportunity to get a few things done for myself,... maybe even have a second "cuppa!"

Have a wonderful day all of you!
