Thanks for the comments on the chopped and grey hair. The jury is still out on it. Thanks to Beth for doing the Avatar for me...last time I struggled for hours with it, so decided to turn it over to the expert this time. Yeah, Linda, I miss the colored long hair (hey, I'm a biker chick, I need a braid! LOL!), but this is so easy and I'm getting lazy in my old age! I remember when Diana had let her hair go grey and then she colored it such a flattering shade of brown...but she's a lot younger than me! LOL!

@Tina...not a lot planned for the summer, jeep trip for Memorial w/e and road trip with the Grand Girls after father's day. So far that's it until August when I head to Arkansas and points beyond and back. To be truthful, if it wasn't for commitments here, Hope would be loaded today and going down the road tomorrow! Got a little case of depression going on, don't know why or where it came from, but it sure as heck can go back!

((((((((((((((((((Sharon))))))))))))))))))) too much of that depression going around. I'm blaming it on the weather. But whatever the reason, bug hugs to you and love you, g/f.

Great pics, Sharon, and I love you new avatar/icon! Buy yourself something wonderful----perhaps just an awful-awful milk shake, or something like that-----kick your feet up, sip slowly, and tell yourself you are the best you have ever been and are about to set out on the best journey of your life!

Stay in touch as I have found it really does help to hear from friends each day when one is down in the dumps.

Hugs from me and Molly

I like the new avatar too! Your hair looks great. I'm afraid now to let mine go back to gray. How did you grow it out?!?

Re: feeling down in the dumps, my best advice is fresh air. Get outside, and soak up some sunshine. How about a central CA gtg in June? Maybe Pismo? I haven't been there in years! The only thing on my calendar is dental work, that might be a bugger, don't know yet. :(

Thanks girls, for lifting me up, love all of you!

Diana, I just cut it short and suffered thru the grow out period. My hair grows fast, so it wasn't to bad. As far as June, sorry, but the whole month is booked up with a couple of trips and Hope getting her face lift. Sorry, maybe we can try again for July? I know August you're going to be up in Oregon or Wash for that GTG and I'll be heading out for my yearly pilgrimage to Arkansas. If we can mangage to get a date, I know Evie will jump on it...she's a little desperate. I know 'cause she jumped at the chance to go to Tuscon with me and 2 little girls...now that's desperation! LOL!

Sharon - Agree - I think sunshine makes us happier than the gray days. Would love a gtg in June or July in Pismo because I live very close. Let me know. Hope all the gray feelings (and hair, LOL) go away!!! Take care Sharon.
