I've been to all but the Skywalk - couldn't convince myself to go out of my way for the price they wanted. Am hoping someday they have a more affordable way to see it. Or I'll have to bite the bullet.

There's a few on the list I haven't visited but the ones I have are awesome. As far as the Skywalk - wouldn't get me out there!! I love the Grand Canyon but I think this thing is intrusive.

Yea, I was told that the Skywalk ins't as breathtaking as one would expect...when it first starts out there is still rock under that angles out away from the cliff. My friend said it took the "impact" away since it wasn't an "immediate drop. I know what he meant and I would prefer it to scare my socks off immediately and not be a gradual walk out before you can see straight down... I would love to support the local tribe that funded it (I think) but it's just too much money.

Being from the Chicago area, I made a point when in the area last fall of going down to Millenium Park. I was so impressed. Loved it even though we were freezing and it was raining. Even travelled there like a true local - taking the train. But all 4 of us who went down stopped at a local store to buy a hat (nonoe of us are umbrella people) and one got mittens too. And we were all glad we went - all of us were from the area but living elsewhere now, except one, who we made our designated guide.
