Carol posted on the 12th that her and Maggie were leaving the next day for a camping week, sure hope all that bad weather missed them and hopefully she'll check in soon.

I talked to Carol today. She's off camping with friends in No. GA and having a good time. As far as she knows, her house is still there.

Thank you for thinking of me, I am home and its all intact here. Sticks from wind are around, but thats usual with all these windy days we have had. We had a couple of really stormy nights there, but I was so tired from all the walks Maggie and I, went on and the fresh air, CG, is an island , so water everywhere , that I slept right through everything.

Several really cold times too, but I still enjoyed it all so much. The only thing, that bothered me a wee bit was the last mile or so into the CG is all down hill and quite steep. My brake experience of last yr. was in my mind, so that was not a pleasant few mins. Made it fine and of course the climb back up was a piece of cake.

I'm always really lonesome when I come back here, so this was nice to find this inquiry as to my whereabouts.
