Makes me wonder how many of us are walking around with several 'strokes of indeterminable age.' Good grief-----my head is probably a spider web of those things!

Be sure to let me know what the specialist says about your ear problem, as I have one, too. I hear just fine, but have nasty dizziness often----labyrinthitis they called it----inner ear messed up. I call it dizzy sh%$, and hate it!

And for heavens' sakes, like others have suggested, get that man a helmet! (Of course, then you will have to humor him into wearing it!) That old trap that the tractor threw up could have killed you----you need a helmet while mowing, too!

As long as you can still laugh (and the guy doesn't take away your wine) you should be ok!

Sending more positive thoughts your way, Mitch.
Probably not of much comfort, but those mini-strokes are relatively common in the population. Fortunately most of us don't notice side effects.
Helmets do sound like good advise if you cannot take the boy toy keys away.
Hang in there and keep that wonderful sense of humor going - good for you as well as the rest of us.

Maybe you can find matching helmets and start a new style.

Two reports:

1) Doc = high blood glucose and high cholesterol (doc said both most likely from stress). Getting new meds. Told me to lay off the wine. I laughed.

2) Lawn Beast Repair **** ONLY ***** $640.00 (still outrageous, but less than the original $1,000 estimate, and secondary estimate of $800, and WAY less than Hope's tires!!! Do RV tires really cost that much????)

Over & Out.

Well, well, well. Looks like you've got some choices to make Dear Friend:

1. Do what the Dr. says and live a longer life, hopefully.
2. Thumb your nose at him and ...

I, for one, hope you chose #1. I need you around for a long, long time Mitch. You bring smiles and laughs into my life. That's a precious gift and I treasure it.

You matter. Believe it. Live like you do.

OUch, ouch and ouch again. Just catching up and am alarmed to read everything - but am glad to see your sense of humor never ceases.

Now maybe you can just cutback on the wine? a tad? (OK, I see you telling me the same as you told the dr - but probably in more colorful language).

I'm very glad the repair bills on the lawn mower are less than you were originally quoted - will your home owners insurance cover any of it?
