Mini GTG in Lafayette, LA with Martha and Carold

Martha (acadianamom) and I (cpatinjones) met with Carold on Sunday for a great meet and greet lunch at Copelands. It was my first time meeting Carold and Martha's second time (I think). Carold and her husband were staying at Betty's RV in Abbeville, La for a couple of nights.

Carold and I laughed when I picked her up, we couldn't have dressed more alike if we had planned it. Thanks for posting our pictures. Wish I had some of that food tonight. Copeland's is one of my favorite restaurants.

Yep, we were definitely into the Hawaii look Was great seeing Martha again and meeting Carolyn. We had a lot of laughs along with great food. Unfortunately, I was limited as to menu choices because I'm allergic to shrimp and the manager came to the table and cautioned me about eating any fish that was fried or sauteed. Hard to eat Louisiana style with that limitation Carolyn, thanks for posting the pics. Another fun gtg. carold

Glad yall had a chance to gtg. I LOVE Copeland's Crawfish Fettuccine, haven't had any since their Lake Charles restaurant closed.

How awesome you could all gtg There are two of the finest RV Parks in Abbeyville. One at Martha's and one at Betty's You can't go wrong at either one! Love the Shucks restaraunt too!

Sure does look like a fun time, for sure!! And I would have NO rouble eating that sized portion of something I loved! Just ask Liz and Birdy if I had a hard time eating all that lobster! Thanks for those neat pics!
