That place you are working for, I mean the company, is certainly a clip joint! I sure do hope you can find a place to work that will appreciate your talents. In the meantime, stick to your guns and do the quality work you know you are able to do, regardless of how long it takes. Hopefully, that clip joint will put itself out of business if all their employees tend to quit!
