Keep on a-lookin', Vickie! That was a great price for that Coleman, it seems to me-----about 4,000 less than what I paid for my Hideout back when I got it. Something out there will find you!

Sooo...any news yet, Vickie??

UPDATE!!
"Millie" -Tillie's younger sister is at the Dr.'s house (camping world).
We decided to keep her and beef up the pickup. I talked with the chevy guys on monday and they said changing out the rear end would a safe thing to do. Guess I'll just have to save my pennies then start looking for a bigger truck next year.

C.W. Said it would be probaly ten days to get the skylight for the bathroom and asked if I wanted to pick her up now and then bring her back, well.....NO!!! Just call me when she's ready.

I really wanted to take her to Port Lavaca in April but Carra said she didn't want Millie to get that nasty sand inside yet , so maybe we'll make the La. gtg. There's only alligators and swamp monsters there!!

Can't wait to get her home so I can start "fixing" her up.
I'm not lost, I'm on an adventure!

I guess I'd rather have sand than swamp monsters in the trailer...unless the swamp monster was named Vickie and then I could just beat her with something until she left...that would SURE be more fun than sweeping sand.

So glad things are working out for you....and yes, we started our "full-timing life" in a 17ft. Shamrock Hybrid camper....when we were set up we measured 24 ft....cool in the warm weather and with the help of a small electric heater and the furnace, warm in the cold weather...(took him to PA for Christmas and the birth of our GD in 2007. and yes, we had snow. ;) ) We towed it with first a 1998 Ford Explorer SUV then a F 150 truck.....Have fun with Millie and hope to get to meet up with ya' on the road... ;)
