Well, finished my obligations here in Oklahoma and will be headed south Wednesday morning. The storm made in and out. Here is the information I logged about it.

Wow, storming here in SE Oklahoma. A little bit of wind, okay, not enough to rock the rig, but enough that I can see where the rain is blowing sideway on the windows. Now, Hail, Hail, the gangs all here. Okay, no gang just hail ranging in size from pea size to slightly larger than grapes. (Weather service would say, near dime to quarter size - they like coins and are therefore quite restricted in descriptions.) Now comes the rain, can’t see but about 1/8 of a mile. Okay now a little lighter rain. So tornado warning number 43 is active right now and until 9 pm. Need to look out and observe. Observed primary cloud passed over. Onset of upgrade risk for this little spot has passed. Oops changed data to golf ball size hail and winds up to 70 mph. Looks like it is trekking off east of us with some stuff south and southwest. Pour down rain is now nice sprinkle.
That really was an intense 25 minutes.

Good thing I went over to the cemetery earlier this afternoon. I did hear it thunder and left because I didn’t want to get wet. I am a wimp.
Well ladies, I will be on the road again tomorrow. I do plan to leave by 8 am in the morning. Had planned to hook up this evening and just have to pull the power cord in the morning. But if I needed to jump in the car and head to the storm shelter, I’d need the car. So didn’t hook up. Still want to leave early. I have places to go and things to do and birds to see. Beautiful sunset out there.
