Hi and Welcome,

I see you are already getting ideas, getting suggestions and many welcomes. You will enjoy this bunch of ladies. Hope you will get to meet some of them in persosn as it sounds like quite a crowd in TX. Looking forward to hearing about what you decide to do about a TT.

You are far more ambitious than I ever was...I might have assisted but even at that I most likely would have been fired from my own project :o :D whether you build or buy let us know how progress goes with it...this bunch of ladies loves pictures and as they say 'a picture is worth a thousand words' or something like that.

Hi TG, and welcome!! It's nice to find some more "local" ladies!
A couple of years ago, I too was soooo confused as to what I wanted, needed or could afford.
I found the teardrop and tiny travel trailer site, spent alot of time there - back and forth, back and forth...
Was about 1 step away from starting to build a td when I found the fiberglass rv site. After lurking there for awhile, I know that's where I belonged.
I was able to find a 1984 Perris Pacer in NB. Tillie wasn't in as good of shape as I had hoped, so I gutted her and started all over.
She is not complete yet, slow but sure!!
I don't have a bathroom but do have everything else, and I can stand up - even if I am short!
Check out differant options, lots of Casita types around for sale. They are lightweight, so towable by most vehicles, and easy to care for.
Good luck on your search.

Vicki
