I knew a few of these, but have thrown out honey many times - now I know:

Honey has been found in Egyptian tombs that was still good. It gets sugary but all you have to do is reheat it and it will turn to liquid again. Just put a piece of fresh bread in a bag with hardened brown sugar or marshmellows and it/they will soften up.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

Didn't know that worked with marshamallows!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

What a neat website this is! I got carried away reading many things on there this morning, and bookmarked it for future reference. Now I need to go through my bookmarks/favorites list and eliminate a ton of old, outdated ones. Thanks, Beth!

Same thing with maple syrup--if it gets crystals in it, just add a tiny bit of water and reheat to boiling. If not too many crystals, just reheating will work.
