This is just a tease - I'm going to make a blog post about it this afternoon - with a video of the landing - it was fun.

Wooohoooo - how exciting. Loved watching the take-off. Did the driver take that? And did he go on his own flight or just was happy being a voyeur? I'm sure all that will be in blog post. Can't wait.

Good for you Carol. Was is as noisy while flying as it was taking off? I'm not a fan of heights, so wouldn't be for me. Glad you enjoyed it. Linda

Oh Carol, that looks soooo exciting !!!! Thank you so much for posting all of these pics you took while up there. I have this thing about heights, so could never do this, but I so enjoyed your trip. At least I have a sense of how it would feel. That was just great!!!!!. You are becoming a very daring lady :) Did the driver go?

I may be setting still, but sure am enjoying the travels through Mexico.

Thank you,
CArol :)

What a wonderful opportunity to visit Mexico with you this morning, Carol! I usually don't have time to go to blogs, and haven't been to yours for a while, but I am sure glad I went there today. That kind of plane is one I would LOVE to learn how to fly and then get me one! With no walls or doors that slam shut, like a flying tomb as airliners are, I would really love this kind of flying. What a neat thing you got to do! Thanks so much for being your usual fantastic tourist guide! I guess you are having just as much fun as you usually do down there!

Happy travels!

to answer some questions - i am terrified of heights - I cannot even walk out on a balcony if it has open railings - cannot look down the side of a cliff - but this didn't bother me at all. Maybe cause I was sitting down? When we go back to Mazatlan I want to try parasailing. One of my kids comments was "death wish" he is so boring.
I was the only one to take a flight - The Driver wasn't interested - he would have been if he could have been the pilot! Many years ago we had a regular plane and did a lot of flying in California
We had George over for lunch yesterday - interesting and very nice man
