So I'm sitting here watching "Amaing Race" when I see flashing red lights outside. There is a fire truck next to my RV (which is parked in the street tonight). My heart stopped beating for a moment. I went to the window and saw an ambulance down a couple of doors. Nothing was wrong with my RV! Be still my heart which has now restarted and is beating a million miles an hour. I don't know what was going on down the street, and I hope it wasn't anything very serious, but I'm so glad it wasn't about my RV. Does that make me a bad person???

I don't think it makes you a bad person, but I wonder how well you're going to sleep tonight with it on the street. I understand completely. I don't like putting my trailer on the street overnight and struggle every time I want to leave early because I don't know what to do -- bring it home, put it on the street & not sleep, or leave it in the storage lot, get up at the crack of dawn, and hustle like crazy to get on the road at a decent hour.

Anyway, unless your street is really narrow and you don't live in a high crime area Foo-Foo should be just fine.

Same here. I wouldn't sleep all night knowing my TT was parked on the street. Be so afraid that somebody would hit it or break into it or........

And no, you aren't a bad person. You had a concern. I mean who wouldnt be concerned if they saw a fire truck sitting next to their RV. And you did express concern over whatever happpened down the street. Better to stay out of the way than be another gawker looking on. You will find out in time anyway.
