I'm going to be a full-timer!

I put the stick house on the market this week...have a buyer today! How's that for "it was meant to be?" I'll be busy working out the details, and very soon will figure out if "size really matters" as I begin full-timing in my 22' Roadtrek. I'm soooo excited!
