Definitely a place to spend the winter months :) Beats cutting firewood anytime and the toilet flushes :=)

VERY nice, Soos. I've been outtapocket a bit and missed some of your posts. I thought you would be living in your trailer ... but it looks like you put down some FL roots. Very nice indeed.

Really really nice Soos. Looks very comfortable. You did a good job getting the house decorated to your tastes. And a great job on the screens too I might add. I'll bet the neighbors are glad to see you there this winter, getting things all nice and spify around there.

Thanks, y'all! I have just about everything I need here now, except for one more real bed in that bigger bedroom---the one in there now is an air mattress, queen sized, on a frame and then covered with a 2 inch layer of memory foam. It is actually more comfy than a real bed, to me, but someone staying here might prefer a real bed, I am thinking. That will get moved permanently, at least while I'm here, to the screen room, as I love to sleep out there.

I still do live in my trailer in between jobs here at the house, and most every weekend when the kids are not working. I have always had this house down here, Janice, since my father died in 1984, but it's either been leased or rented to my son and his friends over the years. This is the first time I have ever been able o spend any time on it or in it since it became mine. I am loving it here!

I would also love to get the vinyl panels that go over the screens in the FL room re-done, as they make that room usable when it gets cold, or when it rains hard. I have all the frames in the garage, and all I need to do is find the company that installed them all way back when----or a new company that can re-vinyl them. I also have plans to get screens and frames that open and close to make the garage a party barn! Sigh---but that is for the future!

Happy travels!
