Beautiful Sunny Sunday Morning

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Its Sunday

Good morning ladies
Coffee is brewed, grab a cup and tell us about your plans for the day or whatever.
I always find it so interesting what other people do in their part of the world. I'm
going to home depot today to get a few items and hopefully get the fence done.
The girls are still sleeping, but I suspect they will want their breakfast very soon.
Although our nights are cold right now, the days are warming up to normal Arizona
standards and it feels so good to sit in the sun and soak it up.
Whatever you do today, enjoy it and be safe.

Beautiful Sunny Sunday Morning

Good Morning to All - Coffee is hot and little Mexican pastries are out.
Am I up early or is everyone else sleeping in? Was surprised no one had been here yet. Not too much to report from here. Weather is nice and we continue to have unexpected adventures. Friday we were fording a little river again, looking at petroglyphs and herding goats. See blog post. Yesterday we returned to Concordia (and watched the laudies us the hot springs laundry facilities. Very interesting. Will post about it today. don't know what we'll do today. Maybe go over to the beach for a while.
I've been working on putting some of the photos from this trip on DVDs - but having trouble remembering how the program works. Will figure it out.
Hope the "warm up" is catching up with most of you in the east. Our house sitter says there is still 3 inches of ice in the driveway. Ugh!Been a rough winter.
Take care and drive safe if you're out and about.

GOOD MORNING AVA AND ALL!

Dawn came up sunny and beautiful here at Goog's----my free campsite. I sat at the pond's edge having my morning coffee, listening to the roosters, cows, horses, and myriads of birds here. Robins, blue jays, sandhill cranes, goldfinches, sparrows of all sorts, vultures, eagles, hawks---you name it, are all here and very busy. It was cold in the night, but my furnace kept me and Molly nice and toasty.

The kids and I played a new type of Trivial Pursuit last night, one in which you can bet on the other person's knowing how to answer the question correctly. It became very apparent that they could win by betting that I would NOT know the answers! It was interesting, if not humiliating, to know just how little I really do recall about things going on in the world!

Goog is out fishing in his pond this morning, and Melissa is doing something in the house. I plan to take a few days off from housework, maybe go to the lakeside paths for walks in St. Cloud, check out the auction house goods down the road, and just kick back. I finally got the last panel of screening replaced in the screen room yesterday before I left Orlando, not without a great deal of innovation to keep the darned thing in place while I was splining it! When I go back, I will tackle the much easier front door and small door to the screen room. It makes such a difference to be rid of those ancient (almost 30-years old) screens and deteriorating splining.

Coffee is hot and is tasting extra good this morning, so stop by and tell us what's up!

Had to laugh Soos - as there were 2 morning posts, and you weren't the starter of either of them. See - it happens without you and Sue, too!

Peaches and I will take a ride in a bit - as tomorrow we head to other territories. Maybe do some shopping; otherwise that will be done as we travel tomorrow.

And I'll spend a few hours working on a website I'm helping with. It's been getting ready for launch in leaps and bounds this week. I guess it helps when I put in the time and effort :) In this case, the woman it's for is learning to do it and care for it - so we are exchanging it back and forth. Yesterday she did a lot of work. Today I'll check it all and make changes/suggestions and send it back. I'm looking forward to this site going live.

Have a great day all.

Good afternoon ladies!

It's 12:30 here on the east coast and I was waiting for others to start the day. As usual, I so enjoy reading how everyone is doing.

I went to my parents house this morning to deliver the sliced chicken, homemade gravy, mashed potatoes & homemade chicken noodle soup I made for them. They are very gracious accepting the meals we can prepare for them so they have home cooked meals in the house.

The weather here is warming up although it is quite windy here today. My plans are to put an Oven Stuffer Roaster in the oven for us and to work on our figures for our accountant for this tax year. I dread this time of the year, but it is a necessary evil.

Enjoy your last day of the weekend!

GOOD MORNING SISTAHS!!!

The day outside my screen door is like a beautiful spring day. Temp this morning when I took Shade out was 60f! So nice to just sit and soak up that sun. Had to cover my eyes tho as they weren't quite ready to appreciate that much bright light after just waking up! Shade did her morning business and then laid all stretched out on the concrete doing her own morning sun soak!! :D

Yesterday Kelly ? hoed out her end of the TT and finally got the 5x8 blue rug down and moved her totes around to give herself a little more floor space. Today I am gonna tackle my bedroom and hoe that thing out a lot more than I did last time!!! ;) Was very surprised when we did the bathrooms out yesterday that the men's room was in decent shape! Miracles never cease!!! I was cleaning the counter and some guy walked in. Shocked the bejeebers out of him. He got all flustered and was gonna leave but then I guess it hit him that he was in actually in the men's room!  Said he just needed to wash his hands after working on his truck. He did give us a good compliment and told me that we are doing a fantastic job and that the men's room is SOOOO much cleaner now! So that really perked up my day! :D ;)

OK, I'm still drinking my last cup of coffee, which is really hitting the spot this morning. But I'm gonna go check out any postings that were done last night after my last check in. Hope you all gave a grand and glorious day and that it's a safe one for ya'll.

Love to all
