I"m from northern Michigan and am hoping to retire this year as well. I do work at one of our state parks near me here in summers, so don't have a chance to do any summer traveling. But next year am planning on heading out west.

Going to enjoy hearing about your summer trips and maybe some day if you are in MI, give me a holler.
