So sorry to hear this news, Nan, and please send comforting thoughts to your son. He is so young to have lost his wife, and I am sure it will be a hard road for him for a long while. Life is tough, as my mother always reminded me when I was feeling down, but it has its fantastically beautiful, happy times, too. I am sure he has many memories of those best times to keep him sustained while he heals from this agonizing loss.

Strength and comfort coming your way and to your son. May he find enough happiness by remembering the happy days to carry him through. He gave his wife the chance to leave as she wished to do, which is honorable, though heart-wrenching.

Nan, I'm so sorry to read this...I've just been doing some catching up...

You know you and I spoke many a time about Debbie...she surely fought a long time to stay ...I prayed about her many times and for your son as well..
It's always hard for us to let go...but now Debbie is finally at peace..her poor body was so tired ..and trying to be with you all..

Know that I'm thinking of you and your family.. Debbie is now with God.. She'll always be with you all and be another Angel watching
over all of you...She's got some task ahead...but you'll feel her presence .
