GTG in Lafayette, Louisiana

Hello,

Guess who had lunch with acadianamom (Martha) and cpatinjones (Carolyn)? It was Birdie (Nancy).

We met at Prejeans Restaurant in Lafayette, LA. It was a great GTG Lunch.

What a fun GTG!!! AND great looking food! Made Ronnie and I hungry!!!

I kept watching for yall on the restaurant live web cam http://webcam.prejeans.com/view/index.shtml but I think yall must have been too far over on the left side to be in the shot. If I could have gotten the phone calls to go through, yall could have walked over and waved, I would have taken a snapshot and posted it!

The meat inside the tail, just like a lobster, there's also a little that comes out of the head. You can also suck the head and get the juice out ( Don't go there)

thats what ya call cajun. I did have some zatarans dirty rice once, it was good,

Crawfish, if they are the same as what's in the rivers in Illinois, they taste like mud to me. Right along the same taste as catfish...JMHO.....
