We loved the inside design so we are making sure this one stays running as long as possible before we have to trade.

I sure can see how and why you fell in love with the design. It's beautiful. I love it, too. It's too bad they went out of business, they seem to have a very loyal following.

I'm like you though, I love my little tiny rig and, I know it'll be 10 years old in 2009 - and sitting now for a year on the gulf with the salt air, am not sure how much longer it'll be worth me keeping it- but it's really perfect for me - so I'm going to for as long as I can. Then I'll probably end up going just slightly larger. Or in the meantime, with some rigs priced so well, maybe a salesman will get me like almost happened at the rally in March.

I love your colors and how you've decorated - it's all just wonderful. And with a larger rig, I prefer the dinettes like yours, with a real table and chairs.

Jenny, it is so light and airy looking. Very nice. But, what is it with all the mirrors in the Class A's? Way too many in mine for my liking. I really don't need to see that much of myself.

I LOVE the light colored cabinets. It looks open, light and airy and very homey.

The dinnette table has a fold down leaf in it so you can make it small or large, it is also not attached to the wall or floor so I can bring it away from the wall to put another person in the back for dinner. Most of the time we eat dinner in the casita in Yuma or set up the Buffet table. I have a 6 ft fold up buffet table. We put it in front of the sofa and 8 people can be around it but nicer for 6.


We would like to add this to our table, delete two of the four chairs and have two folding chairs instead

Here is what is behind all those mirrors....A huge pantry!! I'll show when it is empty...I assure you it is stuffed FULL now....I was a Squirrel in a prior life!!!
Notice it has access from the front AND side so when the slideout is closed you can still get into your cupboard.....most RV's DO NOT keep this in mind!


That was the big sellar to us was the fact you can still function in the RV with the slides closed! The bedroom sideout is your closet....we make sure our underwear are in the forward drawers so we still have access to those drawers when the slide is closed. In the living room you can still get into your pantry, still can cook, eat at the dinnette or sit on the sofa with the slide closed. Many nights of Boondocking for just a overnight stay we do not even put out the slides or if we are having some fierce winds we keep the slides closed.

Over the top of the main slideout is a narrow shelf, we store our fishing poles, paperbacks and DVD's up there.
With the light Oak cupboards, huge windows, 7'6" high ceilings we enjoy our home ALOT. Dan feels so closed in going into friends RV's because the ceilings are usually only 2 inches from his head! I have to use a step ladder to get into those cupboards way up high above the sink!!

I remember your beautiful, roomy rv. I've always wondered, how well do those washer/dryer combos work? Do you use yours a lot? Not that I'd ever have room for one, ha, ha.

When I am on a full hookup site I use it all the time. You do have to wash smaller loads than a normal washer because you also dry in the same unit. It does take longer. When I am in Yuma I use the stack washer & dryer in the casita and love that more!!! I can do normal loads with those.
We will be on a Power/water site at the next campground so we will then use the "Blue Boy" it is a 11 gallon plastic rolling container that we drain JUST the gray water ONLY. As a rule we like to go use their bathroom for our showers since they are open 24 hrs. If I am on full hookups I use my shower and my washer all the time.

I have found the RV dryer tends to wrinkle clothes more because they have a smaller turning area so they don't fluff as good.

OMG Jenny! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for fessing up and saying that all those pictures were while the rig was still at the dealers and before you moved in! I was so shocked that anyone could live so clean and spotless! I thought no one can be that much of a neat freak! And with animals too. Whew
Even clean my house doesn't look that good! Did my heart good when I saw that you said it was still new and you 2 weren't living in it yet. Then I got silly and of course laughed at myself.

Jenny, as you have the w/d combo - you'd know more - but I was talking to a friend who also has that- and he said he can pretty much avoid the wrinkling if he takes the clothes out after the wash cycle is done and shakes each out really well - then puts them back in. And he says it's important to then remove them with just a tad of dampness in them.

Now, this being from a guy- I'd be interested in hearing your take on it

Beth I have to admit your friend is right! Also I have found if I have the setting on delicate to dry they wrinkle less and to fold your jeans and put them in the dryer the jeans wrinkle less!! I got those dryer balls but I have not noticed a difference, I use to use tennis balls to fluff up the laundry.

Echo...Miss Piggy is my middle name...our RV is ALWAYS cluttered!! Drives DH crazy!! I moved in with a guy who had a 4 bedroom house and nursery and he only had a bed and dresser in the main bedroom and computer in another and the rest of the rooms were empty!! I brought in mass clutter and I'll tell ya pitching it when we sold the house was a nightmare! I'm trying to keep it less cluttered in the RV but will always have stuff whether he likes it or not!!
One of the reasons I wanted a H-U-G-E closet in the casita, to hide all my craft stuff so the casita looks tidy!

Don't let her fool you, forum sisters. The times I was inside I saw nothing out of place. It has cozy little "Jenny touches" throughout now and it is a lovely home.

Why does that not surprise me. Now, my rig is the most disorganized it's ever been - but I had a feeling that what Jenny meant by messy and what I mean by it - are probably 2 different things. I will have to do a cleaning before the gtg LOL
