Open air market in Mazatlan - a big one

Postby asirimarco » Thu Jan 06, 2011 9:26 pm

Sunday before I got too sick we went to a big open air market here in Mazatlan. If they don't sell it you don't need it. Had fun. Lots of walking. Lots of people.
Today is the first day I've felt like dealing with the pictures. Hopefully tomorrow I'm back to normal as there is a big Art Walk tomorrow night in the old district.

Can you explain why the guy in the picture, just after you talk about all the scales to weigh the seafood, is standing with his foot in a blue tub which looks to be on a cooler. Is he missing a foot? Now remember, I'm getting cataract surgery here soon, so it just may be me!

Carol! So enjoyed that blog post!!!

I would love to see one of those large open markets. I'd probably go nuts and no telling what Kelly would do!!! I have really got to get after her about getting back into studying and speaking Spanish!!!

If we could afford it I'd probably look into getting that language program called, "The Rosetta Stone".
