Something like that would have been good in the county camp ground in Blythe CA last winter when we were there. They had a "no ground fire" rule. A whole lot of the people down there were using the inner washtub from washers as campfire containers! I kicked around the idea of picking up some pavers but then never did. Here, whoever stayed in this spot at one point or another built a very low rock wall between mine and Jodies site and dug a pit which the rock wall encloses.
Jodie, Kelly and I have big plans for using that firepit when the weather gets warmer!! She works at a lumber mill and can bring home lots of scrap lumber!!
