Thank you!! and the same to you too, I'm working the dinner relief schedule tonight
but the girls at work are having a gtg afterwards. They think they're going to get me
liquored up  (their words) I wasn't going to go because I never go out on New
Years because of all the crazy drunks but they called me three times and I said ok,
it will be fun to get to know everybody on the new work crew. If, and thats a big
IF, I have a drink I'll be staying well past the time that its out of my system. She
doesn't live too far from me either. So, I'm looking forward to getting to know my
new friends.

And a very Happy New Year to all!
Monty looks adorable.
Ava, I think it's a grand time to stay and get to know everyone. But, yes, not the night to get drunk. Just be careful for all those who do when you get back on the roads. And that goes for any of the rest of you who head out tonight.

I'm now in for the day. Will watch the New Year come in with Peaches - and yep, going to hope that it's a great year for all of us.

Happy New Year to everybody and their critters! We splurged and got take out food for supper, Ronnie wanted seafood and I wanted mexican food, so I went to two restaurants and made it back before dark and all the loony-tunes hit the road to party! We'll watch a movie or something and have a quiet night here with Remi & Weatherby.

I went to my sister's yesterday to exchange Christmas presents. One night with her loud bunch is enough. Two of the boys were going out and she and the other were going to her nephew's. It was raining with more predicted so I came home. My son keeps asking what we are going to do. Nothing sounds good to me. The most I might do is share a bottle of wine with him.

Have a Happy New Year every one.

Happy New Year to all from the 3 of us....Ernie took me out for dinner at a Japanese restaurant to celebrate both the New Year and my getting a seasonal job here in GA. Basically, it's getting paid for what I already do here, clerically speaking, as a Camp Host....but a little more....along with making campground reservations and check in/out campers, I also take payments for storage, pavilion rentals, boat rentals, and equipment rentals. Now, since the campground/pavilion rentals are suppose to move down to the CG/picnic area this next week, I will be moving there too, as soon as another clerk is hired..... I hope it is soon.... cause I know nothing about boats... Anyway, I'll work it until the end of March when we plan to leave here heading slowly to PA for the summer, then pick it back up when we return next October for 6 months....It's about 25-32 hours/wk. Always can use extra $$$ especially if we get that new 5er this coming summer.... ;) :D

Let me add my HAPPY NEW YEAR on this thread as well. You are the best-est bunch I've never met! :D

I am so blessed to have met you all on this crazy forum. May you all have the best of all things--health, family, friends (both two- and four-footed)--in 2011. I am looking forward to meeting many of you in the next couple of years. While I regret the quick passage of time normally, I am hoping this year goes quickly so I can be on the road with the Foo Foo and the fur babies. Enjoy what's left of 2010 and move forward into 2011 with happiness and anticipation!! 8-) :D :) ;)

2010 proved to be a pretty good year for me! Had some ups and downs but accomplished one huge resolution - to move to California! It took a lot of planning, praying, encouragement, help from good friends, and blind luck, but I did it!

Now for this coming year...hmmm...can't think of much to top that one! Will just explore the state as much as I can afford to. Try to get my finances under better control now that I am working full time, maybe meet a nice guy...

I know some of you had a rough year this year, so I hope things turn around and get better in the coming year. I also hope that those of you traveling, or planning to travel, have great adventures, make great memories of new (and some old) places, meet up with new (and old) friends, and stay safe and healthy!

I like the theme for this year's Rose Parade..."Building Dreams, Friendships, and Memories"

Happy New Year!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

I am hoping and wishing that 2011 is a good year for all of us.

Quite a few of us have had it kind of rough during 2010 so I really have the hope that 2011 is a gentler friend to everybody. We've gained quite a few new Sistahs this year. We can all hope that the quiet new ones soon start posting once in a while so that we truly know that they are real and actually there!

Over the years friends come and go in and out of our lives. Some to the next town, across the country, maybe a phone call away. Some to another realm. They are all held close and dear to our hearts and memories. Never forgotten......

Hold on to the memories but be sure to open your hearts and throw your arms wide to embrace all the New coming at you!!!

Love to all
Thank you all for being here
