Sad News from a good friend

Postby oregontocal » Tue Sep 30, 2008 7:18 pm

I just received this email from one of my very best workamping friends from last year. Would you please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers?

Thank you,
Chris

My sister called me a couple weeks ago to tell me she was going to have surgery because she had another aneurysm in her brain. She had one 30 yrs. ago also. Well, to make a long story short, she died last night at 9pm. It ended up the aneurysm was actually the old one leaking. She was operated on Fri. The Dr told her husband today that they found in the tests that [she] had cancer through out her body so she was actually lucky she went so fast with the aneurysm. I'm in Naples, FL with the rest of my family not able to understand how this all came about, [she] was only 58 yrs. old, my younger sister. Please everyone, love your brothers and sisters right now.

It is so sad to lose someone at such a young age, sorry to hear the news((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))) to you and your friend.
I too am glad she did not suffer from the pain of the cancer and was quick.

Chris prayers and {{{{{{HUGS}}}}}} to her family and to you.

Really scary when you think of her age.

Chris, I'm so sorry for your friend and her family with this sad loss. I lost a dear friend just as quickly several years ago and I know it's hard to accept and understand - but I was grateful her pain and suffering was for just a short couple days - and I hope your friend and her family can let that knowledge help them heal a little faster. All of them and you are in my prayers.

Oh how sad. I'm sorry to read this. 58 is far too young to leave us. As an only child I miss not having anyone with the same shared memories of growing up. So I'll second that advice to enjoy your brothers and sisters if you are fortunate enough to have them!
