Hello from Tn!

Come on in and say hello.

Hello from Tn!

Postby lynnbaxter » Wed Dec 01, 2010 6:03 pm

Hi everybody,

My name is Lynn Baxter and I live in Chattanooga Tn. I have been camping in my off time for the past 5 years now. My partner Kay and I love it! We just sold our old 93 Starcraft pop up and bought a new 2011 Coleman Niagra pop up camper. I never imagined all the imenities you get with these new pop up campers! So far we are real excited about it. We have had it for about a month now. We are planning a 2 week trip starting Dec. !8th down to the florida keys. Maybe we will meet some of you nice ladies down there or along the way. Looking forward to getting acquainted!

See you on the open road,

Lynn :D

Welcome, Lynn and Kay!
How exciting to have a new camper to travel in. I'll have to google it to see what it looks like...that is, until you learn to post pictures of it! We love pictures on this forum. Check out the other topics and jump right in. No question is considered stupid.

Hi, Lynn! Welcome to the forum! You'll like it here - lots of personalities to make it interesting!

I'm in TN, also - NW corner near Paris. Maybe we can meet up at one of those beautiful COE campgrounds around Nashville sometime.

Pop in whenever you want. We'll look forward to pictures!!! (of course!!)

Welcome to the forum Lynn! Can't wait to see the pics of your new pop-up. My family had one when us three kids were younger, but back in those days they were pretty sparse inside, not so anymore.

Greetings from the Left Coast! You've found a bunch of wild & crazy women here, with lots of opinions AND support!

One of the things we all love is pictures, and lots of them. So if you'd like to endear yourselves to us make sure you take your camera with you wherever you go and post lots and lots of pictures. ;)

I had a 10' pop-up and loved it. It had everything my 19' trailer does, and was much easier to tow and store. Sometimes I wonder why I ever got rid of it. They're wonderful rigs, and very versatile. Enjoy your newfound luxuries ... and take pictures when you can!

Welcome Lyn and kay. I'm Wendy from Bham Ala. We're not too far apart. I love Chattanooga. And I love pop-up campers. Wonder why you dont see them as much as we used to. Im taking a trip in Jan in the MH my husband and I had, and if I don't like traveling in it by myself, I might consider something like that. Keep safe in you travels and HAVE FUN!!!!

Hi and Welcome Lynn and Kay! Glad to have you with us.

I'm up in Campbellsville, KY - until Christmas - then will stop in Huntsville, AL - then down to FL. Not sure how long you'll be at the Keys, but make sure to check out the get-together room- as there is one planned in Ocala in January. Would be great if you could come by for all or any part of it.

Jump in anywhere and everywhere.

Another welcome. Glad you're joining our group. I'm in Sarasota until the end of March, so check in if you're near here. Unfortunately, I think I'll be in AZ during the FL GTG, but that would be a great opportunity to meet the gals. Looking forward to pics and stories. carold
