Stroll through Bellagio and City Center

Postby asirimarco » Sun Nov 28, 2010 1:19 pm

Yesterday we finally went to The Strip - parked at the Bellagio and walked through the Conservatory all decorated for Autumn then took the tram to the new City Center section. Bellagio is still the prettiest hotel - City Center is lots of buildings. Some pretty decorations and interesting sculptures and buildings. Interesting but now have been there and done that.
Up dated my blog with a couple of posts from here - pictures from Bellagio and City Center.
Back to family - the boys are the two youngest of five. When they were young both had light blond hair and Gil had blue eyes! I am jealous of the hair of both girls - lovely and long. And the shapes!!!! - So strange to see so many thin women here after being in Indiana a couple of years. The culture I guess.

The Chichuly exhibit with the tall yellow spiky thingee....I just watched a special on PBS when he and his crew made that sculpture and others for an exhibit. I love watching his specials. Glass sculpture making is so incredible to watch!
Thanks for sharing the pics, Carol!

Dale Chilhuly is a treasure. His glass sculptures are amazing. Google him if you want to see some of his incredible work.

I'd like to have one of those chocolate fountains!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
