Kindle and Nook

Just saw the ads - Amazon is selling the Kindle for 89 and BestBuy is selling the Nook for 99 - todays ads. If anyone is interested.

Which would you recommend? I am leaning toward the Kindle.

Nan if I remember right?? I think Beth checked them both out and she was recommending the Nook, I think? Which ever one Amazon sells is the one that I guess you can only buy and download books from Amazon. The Nook you can download books from anywhere.

But double check with Beth first. I sure the heck wouldn't want to steer ya wrong.

Nan, I'd get any of them that you can download from all sources, including the library if yours had ebooks to lend. I might be working at Amazon right now, but still wouldn't get their e-reader. Those who have it love it - but those who have so many brands love theirs. I will be getting the Nook. But there are many others out there that are good, also - at the AR gtg, there were several different e-readers for us all to look at.
